A composed residential elevation designed around strong horizontal lines, shaded glazing, and a calm arrival sequence.
The challenge
Create a distinctive street presence without sacrificing privacy, daylight, or the practical needs of a multigenerational home.
Our approach
The facade is organized as layered volumes. Deep overhangs protect openings, warm material accents soften the massing, and landscape pockets establish a gradual transition from street to interior.
